Responsible for reconciling property-level and corporate bank accounts, matching transactions, and investigating discrepancies.
Prepares monthly and quarterly reports, handles CAM reconciliation, and collaborates with CPAs and controllers.
Supports day-to-day bookkeeping, coding of expenses, chart of accounts setup, and QuickBooks/Xero entries.
Acts as a subject-matter expert for real estate ERPs, helps with onboarding, data migration, and ongoing property accounting tasks.
Coordinates monthly closing tasks and reporting for multiple real estate assets.
Prepares documentation for internal and external audits, ensuring compliance and completeness.
Assists with preparation of property and income tax filings and coordinates with US-based tax teams.
Responsible for reviewing lease terms, calculating CAM charges, and preparing tenant statements.
Analyzes financial and operational data to support asset management and decision-making.
Supports flexible real estate accounting needs for small to mid-sized clients.
